Walk-in sample collection is available during opening hours. For doctor consultations and home sample collection we recommend booking an appointment.
Fasting blood sugar, lipid profile and some other tests require 8 to 12 hours of fasting. The preparation instructions for each test are shown on the test details page.
Yes. We provide home sample collection in Namchi, Ravongla and nearby areas. Book online and our team will confirm your visit by phone.
Reports are published to your online patient account. You can view and download them from the Online Reports section. We also notify you when a report is ready.
Most routine tests are reported the same day. Special tests like cultures may take 2 to 5 days. The turnaround time is shown on each test page.
Health packages include the listed laboratory tests only. Doctor consultation can be booked separately if required.
Yes. You can contact us by phone to cancel or reschedule. Patients with an online account can also cancel a pending appointment from the patient dashboard.
Payments are collected at the center, at the time of sample collection or online method.
